You get 20+ years media savvy director level experience but you don't pay for swanky offices and teams of minions! You have access to an unrivalled skill set and a network of tried and trusted individuals. Rocket Launch flexes to fit the needs of your business and budget.
We believe in an open an honest approach and will always be clear about what is involved in tasks. There may be times when we need to add weight to your campaign or appoint some extra / specialist help or production such as design and print on your behalf. For this we will work with your preferred suppliers or call on our pool of trusted associates. This will always be fully discussed prior to engagement.
We never mark up or take commissions and operate open accounting.
In order to guarantee you the time you need each month Rocket Launch charges a retainer fee, agreed with you before work commences. This is a fully flexible fee, if you don't use all the hours/days one month, you won't be charged. Likewise, if you are going over your allocated time we will discuss this with you in advance to make you aware that you will be charged accordingly.
Rocket Launch is also happy to discuss ad hoc project work with you.
